Leo Season is HERE- 22 Days of Play!

In honor of Leo Season, I created this Instagram Challenge to help me rekindle that creative flame— will you join me?

I truly believe we ALL have the power to create, and I’m not just saying that because I’m a Leo Moon (: TBH, I started this challenge because I’ve been feeling suuuuper uninspired lately. Instagram is one of the main places I use to express myself, but eclipse season made me realize how tired I was of creating that perfect caption, the right filter, and heaven forbid it doesn’t match my aesthetic *cue eyeroll*.

What happened to authenticity?

Do we actually know the person behind the filter?

Leo is about the Self…notice that capital “S”. I’m not talking about the face we see on IG, I’m talking about your essence, your soul, the true, authentic, YOU.

THIS is what I want to bring to my Instagram.

For these next 22 days, I’m giving myself permission to PLAY, to explore my creativity, and to not give a damn about the shot matching my aesthetic or any other excuse I can find that affirms that I’m not good enough.

Creativity is all about the way we choose to express ourselves…but how can we feel comfortable expressing ourselves with all these rules or standards that tells us we’re not worthy if it’s not done a certain way?

Creativity knows no rules or boundaries…and I’m ready to set myself FREE.
