Despite the uncertainty, trepidation, and even grief we may be experiencing in our world, can we still keep our hearts open to love?

2025 may have just begun, but it’s already off to an intense start: we see it happening on a global level/the world stage and as they say, “as above, so below”— what’s happening on a personal level may be just as intense, if not more so.

One of the bravest + greatest things we can do during these times is allowing ourselves to stay open to love. Keeping our hearts soft + open, rather than allowing life’s circumstances or what we’re witnessing/experiencing in the world to harden us + close us off. 

We can do this through the breath + healing sound.

⋙ Breathwork is an active meditation that uses a 2-part Pranayama breathing technique. Being an active meditation, it effectively helps to quiet your mind + nervous system, tapping into your subconscious so that your heart + emotions can be brought to light. Using the power of the breath along with intuitive guidance and sealed with a blissful soundbath, you’ll find yourself by the end of our circle, lighter, brighter, and renewed 🌱

⋙ What to Bring: Dress comfy + please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and a blanket with you. Eye pillows (or something to cover your eyes) are HIGHLY encouraged as this breath is done lying down with eyes closed, but not necessary if you don't have one/don’t mind the light. If you have any crystals, feel free to bring those with you as well-- you can hold onto them while you breathe to help ground you. A journal to write any reflections you may have about the card you pull at the beginning of class is also recommended.
