On 8/18, we’ll be in the final degrees of Leo season as we welcome a full moon in the sign of Aquarius. Aquarius is the Liberator. The Changemaker. The Disrupter. The Humanitarian. Unafraid of being weird or perceived as crazy, Aquarius asks you the “What ifs” and is curious to all the possibilities of change.
Leo— courageous + proud— rules the heart.
So what is your heart— what is Love— asking of you?
With all the changes + upheaval we are witnessing our world, it’s easy to fall into fear…if it’s not coming through mainstream media, then it’s the algorithm telling you who to follow, who to hate, what to choose, and what catastrophes will occur if we don’t choose a, b, or c.
Our brains don’t like change or unpredictability, and fear tricks our brains into having a false sense of control…BUT what if there’s another way?
If we want to create a better world, or live a more expansive life, then it’s up to us to choose to flip the script.
We must choose love instead of fear— whether that’s in our own personal lives, or how we perceive the world at large— by having the courage to quiet our minds + tap into our hearts, tapping into LOVE…and the breath can guide us there.

⋙ Breathwork is an active meditation that uses a 2-part Pranayama breathing technique. Being an active meditation, it effectively helps to quiet your mind + nervous system, tapping into your subconscious so that your heart + emotions can be brought to light. Using the power of the breath along with intuitive guidance and sealed with a blissful soundbath, you’ll find yourself by the end of our circle, lighter, brighter, and renewed.
⋙ What to Bring: Dress comfy + please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and a blanket with you. Eye pillows (or something to cover your eyes) are HIGHLY encouraged as this breath is done lying down with eyes closed, but not necessary if you don't have one/don’t mind the light. If you have any crystals, feel free to bring those with you as well-- you can hold onto them while you breathe to help ground you.
